Copyright case filed June 6, 2013, TCYK, LLC v. Doe Defs., alleging illegal bittorrent movie sharing

The suit alleges violation of the plaintiff's copyright by copying and distributing the motion picture "The Company You Keep" using bittorrent.  The complaint notes that the stars of the film are Robert Redford and Susan Sarandon. Suit was filed in United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama and assigned to Judge Callie Granade.  Attorney James Adams of Mobile represents TCYK, LLC.
