Trademark case filed June 7, 2013, Culligan Int'l. Co. v. Water Sys. of Birmingham

Plaintiff Culligan International Company filed suit in the Northern District of Alabama claiming that its trademarks involving water treatment products and services were being used in defendant Water Systems of Birmingham's business without authority or plaintiff's consent.  The case, number 2:13CV01085, has been assigned to Judge Virginia Hopkins.
